The town hall contains rooms for administration, a foyer, a  Multifunctional area and the necessary ancillary areas. In order to strengthen the town center in the long term, a part of the town hall is used for public events, exhibitions or receptions. The open spaces belonging to the town hall and the open spaces along the pond are integrated in terms of design and urban planning in order to develop an overall concept for the town centre.
